I suspect that MG and Dream Team Jr. will be on the short end of all these straws he keeps trying to pull...one by one all of his wild theories have been shown for what they really are...fairy tales.

and his parents and six siblings plan to pay Geragos and a coterie of co-counsel, private investigators, and paralegals who will work the caseAnd Scott being Scott, he's perfectly willing to destroy HIS family and their future, too.

The only thing "new" I heard was that Davis LE say that there is no connection between Laci and they body parts found in the dumpster...a search warrent has been executed with respect to the found body parts on a "person of interest."
Also a decision is expected to be made either late today or tomorrow with reguard to the gag order...

Is that the same dumpster with bodies that you all told us about last week? (Like there are a LOT of dumpsters with bodies just sitting around!)
Honestly, we hear stuff so early on FR because of this thread, I have a hard time remembering when I hear stuff!

You know Howl, I was in and out alot last week. But these were body "parts." Some skeletal, some mumified, found in a dumpster inside a trailer park in Davis within the last week. Snott's Def. Team went out to investigate of course, want to link Laci's murder to any ol' bizzare happening in CA.

" Laci's body somehow contained traces of it, which seems absurd since it only remains in the body for 12 hours."If you are dead there would be no way to eliminate the drug therefore, it could be there, but I am not sure Laci's remains had enough tissue left to test.

Is that the same dumpster with bodies that you all told us about last week? (Like there are a LOT of dumpsters with bodies just sitting around!) There are all sorts of crimes and travesties committed in the funeral home industry. I don't know if that is what happened this time but I would sure love for someone to do an expose on funeral homes some day.

Even assuming there is enough tissue to test, don't some drugs naturally degrade over time and wouldn't be present or detectable? Factor in the effect of salt water absorbtion/dilution....and I wonder if ANY substances would still be present. I just don't know enough about this field.

Which is why he is not saying just what "team" he is on. As I've said before, whatever team he is officially on, he will end up actually benefitting the other side, imo because of showboating, so logic says it will be the defense paying him the big bucks and they want him to look impartial.

...I have a hard time remembering where I heard stuff.Same here. For example: Scott's trips to Mexico were not unusual (according to someone on TV Monday...sorry, cannnot for the life of me remember who) because of company business and the fact that his parents owned property there.

and the fact that his parents owned property there.
If the MDP thinks any possibility Laci was dimembered I would have a cadaver dog on the Petersons property ASAP

exactly. I agree with you. I do NOT expect Geragos to be successful at this attempt to remove the Prosecutors. It was an "investigation" at the time. What a royal JackA$$!! Did ya catch a glimpse of their "star" witness?? FOFL!! As to Henry Lee, I suspect he may be a little more careful this time, because his "good name" is beginning to suffer. Even I emailed him and told him I had lost ALL respect for him. Told him that a Forensic Scientists testimony should NEVER be for sale and directly undermines the entire Justice System. SOMETING NO RIGH?
Hmmm maybe your email had some influence if you had sent it in the last few days. Some talking head who was representing Henry Lee stressed OVER and OVER again that Lee would not get paid to be an expert witness. If I remember clearly I think this person also mentioned that he did not get compensated for the oj fiasco either. I almost felt as though they had been reading some of the posts here...Anyway I guess (if what this person said is true) he is not technically a paid shill for the defense but anyway you slice it, he still gains publicity which furthers his career, and I don't for one minute believe he thought OJ was innocent, no one minute.

Yes drugs DO deteriorate over time. HOWEVER, the baby's liver may well have had GHB in it. Also the mop with the vomit. I think we just don't know EXACTLY what the Prosecution is going to drop. I loved it on MSNBC tonight. Geragos was in no uncertain terms accused of table pounding. That's what Lawyers do when they don't have either the facts or the law on their side. They make a lot of noise for distraction purposes. It also noted as I always thought was important, that from day one, Geragos wanted rid of GIROLAMI!! He's a former Prosecutor and I doubt he is really into the grossman's games.
