I don't think we have a responsibility for them either, but I sure don't begrudge them one bit. The Mexican government is the bad guy and I'm not sure they are in a hurry to do something about it. I read somewhere that the coyote business is a billion dollar business - second only to drugs - and I imagine it is lining the same pockets.
