The Bush Administration has caved, with Powell and Rice firmly in control. You can see that with their pressure on Israel and their kowtowing to the radical Arab countries. When a global superpower like the US makes demands on a country like Syria and Syria blows them off, there has to be consequences. I don't believe that Bush is up to winning the war on terror unless he stops appeasing our enemies.

Just because Bush didn't instantly drop a nuke on Syria, doesn't mean there aren't preparations going on in the background. Maybe we'll wake up one morning and find that there was a regime change in Syrian and/or Iran.

Bush is a man of action. One would think that after Afghanistan and Iraq people would figure that out.
