You forgot that Tony Martin was denied parole because he wouldn't say he was sorry for shooting the burglars and that led the judge to believe he was still a danger to society (i.e. he might shoot more burglars).

And he was going to change his name and move to another country because the Gypsy relatives of the dead one put a bounty on his head. That plan died because the surviving vermin has a right to know where he lives so he can be safe from Tony Martin the rest of his life.
