Clinton's suggestion shows that she was emotionally immature. Refusing to permit the chief justice to administer the oath is the equivalent of a child's determination to keep her enemy out of the sandbox because she feels she has been treated unfairly. It also has shades of Napolean, who when it came time for his coronation, felt the Pope was inadequate to the task and took the crown from him to coronate himself. Hitlery's revelation smacks of the same meglomania. This is a dangerous crowd, and should not ever again be provided with the priviledge of wielding the awesome power that is the American Presidency.

HMMMMM.....I guess that says something about what it means to live in a "diehard, conservative area".....NOT MUCH! HOW could ANYONE say they would vote for HELLARY who is a CONSERVATIVE?

That is the most insane thinking from "conservatives" I have heard and the most sane from Dems. What people will say in a public forum is sometimes very different from what they will do in a voting booth.

May it never come to pass that she is empowered!

May it never come to pass that she is empowered! May the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy conspire to ensure that she is buried in an avalanche of truth were she to try.

So shall it be!

Hormonal??? Hillary is in a perpetual state of paranoia, combined with extreme narcissisim. Her condition is not cyclical.

The vote against Chertoff was another sign of this. What did I miss? Who is Chertoff?
To: goodnesswins; MEG33
My friends were horrified. LOL. They asked that very question. The answer? She's such an unusual person...so gifted...she's been involved in all the big issues since Watergate! When asked about things like Filegate and Travelgate, their reply was straight out of the Walters interview....We were new and didn't know better (we're from ARKANSAS, don'tcha know!)....but we didn't mean any harm.
I suspect there are more than a few Republican women who might have that same slant on Hillary - any woman in the WH is better than no woman.
I can tell you one thing for sure. THIS broken-glass Republican woman wouldn't vote for Hillary if she ran against Henry Waxman.

Michael Chertoff, counsel to the Republicans during the Impeachment of Clinton. A real straight-arrow, no-nonsense kind of guy. President Bush nominated him for a judgeship (he had been appointed as an assistant AG under Ashcroft).
He was approved unanimously, except for Hillary's no vote. She says it was as a symbol for all the "little people" at the White House who had been treated so badly by the Republicans.
It was spite, pure and simple.
To: bedolido
This is 100% Hillary, I am afraid. She is really not a very good politician. She is a furious partisan filled with rage against her enemies. If she becomes President it will be unlike anything this nation has ever seen.
To: bedolido
why did she and her people kill Vince Foster ?
To: Fracas
That is a very interesting story. We cannot underestimate the power of political correctness and social coercion. People will not want to say that they are against Hillary, because to do so is chauvinist (sp?), bigoted, narrow-minded, etc.
To: Fracas
There are people on this very site that would gladly hand the White House back to these people.

Correct. I just came from that stupid thread full of the usual suspects.
As I have said, I believe most of them are democrat operatives or bitter fringers.
And we must now apparently deal with these clueless women who think the presidency is sort of a prize given to someone who is willing to represent all of the doormats of America.

Don't forget she wants to "take a look" at how the Electoral College "works." Might need to change that.

I asked what the Democrats had to say. You ready? 'I wouldn't vote for her if she was the last woman on earth'. LOL. My Liberal sister said the same thing to me .. LOL
