The Axis is indeed Evil and must be destroyed. Only unconditional surrender will suffice. No more Kissingerian truces, armistices, draws, withdrawals or detente. There is no other way.

I must emphasize something here. Beijing wouldn't pose such a threat in Southeast Asia if it weren't for the corrupt ethnic Chinese elites of the region who wield enormous financial clout and have extended their tentacles deep into the pockets of local officials. Burma is only an extreme case of how the Chinese are slowly pulling Southeast Asia into their orbit. Nowhere in the world is the nexus between legitimate enterprise, organized crime, and various forms of terrorism as well-established as it is in the Chinese-dominated zones of Southeast Asia. And the Chicoms are definitely pulling the strings. Their biggest pieces in this chess game are untouchable - the Li Kashing's, Stanley Ho's, Robert Kwok's, and other commercial magnates who bring an aura of respectability to their dealings with the West, yet have acquired a huge stake in the most extensive network of underground activities in human history. We're not going to win this war unconditionally, for the simple reason that we're not going to fight it unconditionally.
