USA TODAY is repeating those reports of 1,000,000 books printed and a few thousand more on their way. What gives?

I couldn't have helped in those Freeps if I wanted. For the past 3 days I've been in the PR of Boston, and gasping for air!! TV news is CNN, Newspapers are The Boston Globe and USAToday, and the cabbies all seem to listen to the same talk radio which makes me bite my tongue. (One cabbie did have US flags pasted inside his car!) Thank goodness for FR.com for some sanity in my life!

Also -- unfortunately, I might be in Denver when Hillary Goes to Ridgewood. I'll check the dates, but I have a bad feeling that the dates clash. Thank goodness, there are 'cells' of us around the country to keep up the pressure on this threat to the country.

clintonism and the theology of contempt

Let us hope that the rabbi's question was merely rhetorical. . . Let us hope that Rabbi Potasnik, and by extension, New York Jews, are not as credulous and obsequious and passive as they appear. . .

 

The simple answer to the rabbi's question is that the corrupt, self-serving, anti-Semitic, power-hungry harpy cannot be trusted.

 

Weren't we to never forget?

 

The Holocaust must remain, for Jew and gentile alike, a constant reminder that mass credulity and obsequiousness and passivity are necessary for the demagogue to prevail.

 

To remember that six million Jews died in the Holocaust is to understand that centuries of anti-Semitic attitudes made this horror possible. We must ask ourselves what role our society played through the centuries that in any way contributed to the atmosphere that made such a genocide even thinkable.

 

Which brings me to the clintons and clintonism. . .

 

Senator Patrick Moynihan proffered one of the more incisive operant definitions of clintonism -- "defining deviancy down."

 

Defining deviancy down, indeed.

clintonism has made personal and public perversions, personal and public predations, not merely thinkable, not merely acceptable, but de rigueur. (Watch us spin.}

 

   

 

clintonism is the theology of contempt. Not merely toward "F___ing Jew-bastards" or "lazy niggers" or "extra-chromosome right-wingers" but toward any of us whose ideas are different from those of the clintons, Gore, and their acolytes.

 

So the real question to be answered is this:

"What fair-minded, clear-thinking person would want to continue

with its theology of contempt?

What fair-minded, clear-thinking person would vote for hillary! clinton or Al Gore?"

...but the number of US reporters who couldn’t BUY a clue was distressing. I was holding class for first graders, going “Say the words or name the object” and pointing to “Hillary”, then the fish, and then to “Story”. It would take multiple passes. They would strain for the words at first, I’d move my finger from word to picture and word. Finally we’d be going fast enough that “Hillary’s Fish Story” could be heard and understood. Even they laughed at the kindergarten nature of the exercise.

You should've then had they say "Mother, may I" and spell the word "cup." You could've had hours of fun!
