She doesn't face the Death Penalty on this one, though. Pretty strange, huh ??

A lot of controversy over that. But she accidentally hit the guy. It was her decisions AFTER that which got her in real trouble and which a lot of folks think warrant capital murder in this case. She made some stupid/horrible mistakes. It's hard for me to imagine and express it all.
