And that dumb Caveman show... they were saying all kinds of things about the different group of "humanoids" as if they KNEW for a fact that they did this and that....
It is all speculation but they were telling the story like they knew for sure this is how these groups behaved -- often all they have to go on is a piece of skull or leg bone.... They did, indeed, talk down to the audience.
One of the cavemen looked like Carlos Santana and one of them looked like my next door neighbor. (I do not believe in evolution, so I wasn't impressed with the show)

Good for you! And notice that all these theories are trotted out as facts when their evidence is, as you say, small fragments. If there are some out there that would like some real scientific stimulation, read works by BELIEVING scientists, yep, they're out there and they're not afraid to face the issues.
