[history]
LEBANON, N.H. (AP) Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry said Wednesday that President Bush broke his promise to build an international coalition against Iraq's Saddam Hussein and then waged a war based on questionable intelligence.
''He misled every one of us,'' Kerry said. ''That's one reason why I'm running to be president of the United States.''

But things were different back in 1998 when he said, "If there is not unfettered, unrestricted, unlimited access per the U.N. resolution for inspections, and UNSCOM cannot in our judgment appropriately perform its functions, then we obviously reserve the rights to press that case internationally and to do what we need to do as a nation in order to be able to enforce those rights. Saddam Hussein has already used these weapons and has made it clear that he has the intent to continue to try, by virtue of his duplicity and secrecy, to continue to do so. That is a threat to the stability of the Middle East. It is a threat with respect to the potential of terrorist activities on a global basis. It is a threat even to regions near but not exactly in the Middle East."
If President Bush lied to us, didn't Kerry also lie to us? I wish someone would ask him about his comments and what was different in 1998.

Kerry. Let's investigate all of this shall we? But let's start at the Clinton/Gore administration and let's see what they did with intelligence and lies and coverups shall we dear?

The noose is tightening in Iraq with the capture of Saddam's Persoanl Secretary (Ace of Diamonds) and by the time we are done with him he will point us to where the WMD's are hidden or where they have been moved to. John Kerry and the rest of these opportunist RATS will have egg on their faces once again.
My Hope is that we all make them eat their words when the WMD's are found (and they will be found). If not, once again the RATS will have gotten away with playing both sides of the issue and we will have sat back and taken it. We have these useless RATS back on their heels and we should keep them there until we take this country back from these socialist bastards

Kerry who? Did this Kerry ever go on any talk shows or write a book?
To: Dan Zachary
Kerry's going to have huge leg muscles after he's done back-peddeling. This is the stupidest crop of primary candidates in a long time.

Even bizarre Bush bashing and avoiding the issues won't get him any air time or attention. Did he change his name to Clinton? Who is Kerry?
To: Dan Zachary
IF Bush lied (and I don't think he did), then the demonrats should LOVE him.

I still don't have a clue as to this Kerry.
I never heard of him.
Can I assume that he's pretty well irrelevant?

Hmm. I wish I could say irrelevant, but he gets around, I've seen him a lot. Seems lately hes just saying things that will get attention..I'm sure it has nothing to do with his running for office..he just wants the truth. < don't miss sarcasm here. :) Opps, past my bed time...Night.

''He misled every one of us,'' Kerry said. ....Still, Kerry said it is too early to conclude whether or not war with Iraq was justified." Which of your statements do we believe, Senator Lurcherry?
To: jla; sultan88
You know, maybe if we keep up that attitude, he'll go away!!!
He's a whiney Senator, the one who points out at every chance he can that he's a vietnam vet.
Can you say "photo op"and he called Bush's trip to the carrier a "photo op"...everything this guy does has photo op written all over it!!!

Exactly. Ironic, too, since Kerry supported the President.

He is desperately seeking attention. Mainstream America is not listening to him and wouldn't agree with him if they were. He is pathetic.

Remember we were all mislead about Kosovo, Remember the Serbs were suppose to have killed 10 of 1000's of Muslim, 1000's of Serbs where counted as Muslims on the move, even Wesley Clark was quoted as saying that 800,000 people where killed in a province that has 2 million people. Democrats in Congress backed all these lies and the questionable and final intel out of Kosovo was that no less than 5,000 people where killed and the numbers where pretty much evenly split among Serbs and Muslims, but now Democrats want accountablitly?
