I'm thinking, however, Illinois can be calved off and be made it's own country. You've got a dictator already running Chicago, ripping up runways in the dead of night.

Chicago is the home of the communist movement in the US anyway, as well as the labor movement.

Wall it off, give the refugees a place in the US, and then cut of diplomatic relations to the rest.

Better plan not....give them California (they already have the highest population of illegal immigrants) or New York (they have Hitlery) and force those two states to remove theseelves from the union....immediately deport ALL lie-brals to those two states!
