A wife and 6-month old son, terrible.
Prosecutors also charged Camacho with a special circumstance allegation, so he could be eligible for the death penalty if convicted.
Get him!

Seal the border's, halt all immigration, round up all the scum here and deport them. Let them traverse the mine field's and Machine gun tower's to come back into our Country. Once this is done, let someone with a touch of sanity institute a fair and reasonable Legal Immigration policy that's good for America. We are a frigging laughing stock! Blackbird.

This is DISGUSTING. From the article:
"He was arrested in 1991 as a juvenile..."
"When he was 18, he was arrested on a felony warrant... He pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sent to prison for 16 months. "
"On March 29, 1995 ... He pleaded guilty to heroin possession under a plea bargain, and was sentenced to another 16 months."
"On Aug. 9, 1996... he was charged with being a felon in possession of a short-barreled shotgun, receiving stolen property, possession of a narcotic without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia."
"On Nov. 27, 1999... he pleaded guilty to evading arrest with reckless driving and driving under the influence of drugs and was sentenced to four years in prison."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Also from the article:
Gov Grey Davis called him "a courageous young police officer who gave his life so that we can live in peace."
What peace has his death bought the people of California? Pure bullshit. This was a senseless death. A senseless death that could have been prevented. That SHOULD have been prevented. I thought California had a three strikes law?
Any illegal allien arrested once for crimes such as this one was should serve their time and be deported. Any illegal allient arrested TWICE for crimes such as this and convicted should NEVER get out of prison.
Never.
There is no justice. Nothing new. The man who shot up a school in Stockton CA was arrested for chasing a man down the street with a loaded gun several years earlier. His lawyer plea bargained it from a felony to a misdemeanor. He later brought a semi auto AK-47 because his background check yielded no felony arrests/conviction. Result of tragedy, no judge was held accountable for the mayhem, except it sparked the media to call for the ban of all assualt rifles. We the innocent gunowners suffered.
