Evil. Pure, unadulterated evil. I'd like 10 minutes in a dark alley with each and every one of these guys.

I hope ALL plaintiffs file RULE 11 sanctions against the LAWYERS in these matters. lawsuites intended to force settlements and are not triable should be eliminated from the courts by force. Take these firms OUT. Make the LAW FIRMS pay for the frivolous suits. Fry them.
We need to educate the potential jurrors to stop these slimes COLD.

Still, Marion Nestle, a New York University nutrition professor, said America has too much food and should have some regulations. "There is an overabundance of food in this country ... most people eat more than they should because of it," Ms. Nestle said.Lawyers are indeed evil but they are only the evil servants of the above. Wouldn't you know it comes down to liberal "guilt" all over again.

"Remember, many social movements were kick-started by litigation," such as civil rights, environmental, sexual discrimination and tobacco laws, said John Banzhaf III, a conference speaker. Sounds like a good reason for tourt reform sooner than later.

IF you go back in history even one hundred years all popular literature and even art depicted rich men and woman as fat. If one looks at the cartoons of 100 years ago the Rich and powerful were always fat... they were in fact FAT CATS. Poor people on the other hand were skinny. The reason was, rich people could afford all the food they wanted to eat. People who were not rich could not afford to eat enough food to get fat.
If you want to make sure that America is NOT obese, just bring back poverty... that will make the vast majority skinny in no time.

Every school in the US had to have a free lunch program because it would raise the performance of the students. Now our kids are fatter and dumber than ever. The epidemic of obesity did not occur until the government started handing out food stamps. Blame the liberals, not McDonald's, for all the fatsos waddling their way through life. It will only get much worse as many of these fat kids who sit in front of the TV or computer become diabetics with multiple health problems that the taxpayers will again be liable for. It never ends....

If I throw a few 8 oz. burgers on the grill and top them with extra cheese, are these meddlers going to sue me?

As I recall, Stalin had the same idea... So he enforced a famine on eastern europe, and killed how many people? Sounds like this piece of trash is cut from the same cloth! Maybe she wants to issue food licenses, only allowing you to eat what the government wants you to eat, when they want.

It takes a jury to agree with the lawyers.
We should also reform the lawyers enganging in jury shopping. Looking for low education, poor people who view the courts as a jackpot lottery. (methods include having a TWO pill perscription filled in the desired jurisdiction in order to sue "rich" drug companies.)

How about PICTURES OF FAT LAWYERS? Just sit in front of the court and click away.
Are these lawyers saying fat people are stupid? Is that a hate crime?
