When these undocumented criminals get into a car wreck (some will say because they can't read English) and perhaps killing occupants of other vehicles, they flee to Mexico, Iran, Syria, Cuba, South America, etc. rather than stay and face their responsibility. Then the incompetent INS goes through paperwork for extradition which some countries refuse to recognize extradition. Yep, I can see a host of problems associated with giving criminals driving licenses instead of deporting them.

There should have been a group of 50 INS officers to cuff these jerks and escort them to the border. I wonder what happens to illegal aliens (noncitizens of Mexico who have entered illegally) who pull this kind of clinton in Mexico.
