One reason this act of Canada's does create a problem is of recognizing marriages of couples from other countries. Will we continue to recognize Canadian marriages?

Seeing as how we have no jurisdiction over Canada, I guess so. Why does that bother you?

This will be like recognizing polygamous marriages from abroad. The homosexual nazi groups are attempting to set up a CANADIAN citizen pair of homosexuals to move to the USA and then sue for recognition. This may be done by forcing an adminstrative refusal in the new immigration system then eventually moving the case to the federal district courts. They just need to shop the right court/judges.
