I really don't think the Border Patrol is incompetent. I think they have been overwhelmed with the amount of illegals.

i live in socal.

many of us, including u.s. representative daryl issa, resent passing thru' the temecula and san onofre check stations when the border patrol produces little positive results.

it's a waste of our time.

both the 5 and the 15 are 8 lane freeways at those points. this means that both 4 north-bound lanes back up for MILES!

if the border patrol were not incompetent, they would remove these posts and place these employees to lessen being overwhelmed, to use your word.

It is interesting that they called Spencer's group a NGO.

It's good that the group is a non-governmental organization. If they were being supported by the government, who the heck would trust them? American Border Patrol looks to be telling the truth, whereas this government is an ongoing lie.

The BP agents on the ground do the best they can with what they are provided. They aren't the problem, IMO.
