Why do you support liberal social engineering experiments foisted on the rest of us by unelected life-tenured justices?

The law was not enforced. Had the Houston police done what every other law enforcement department in Texas has done for the last 30 years, this case would not have made it to the Supreme Court.

The case arose because one queer called the cop shop and lied, stating that there was a disturbance in another queer's apartment and the complainant thought that there was gunfire.

The cops broke down the door based on the lie of the first queer, and found two other queers committing sodomy. They were told to stop, and ignored the cops' orders, returning to their, ah, job.

And it WAS a job. THe queers had been talking about this sort of a setup for years, just like the setup which became RoevWade.

Lies, death, queers---always in the same places, same times.
