I wish the media in the US would stop calling this a student protest, it seems to be much, much broader than that. Whole families in the streets protesting. We must be watchful. It seems like this can truly gain momentum. I agree. When students make up only 10% of the demonstrators, you might think the media would want to mention that. There is an upside of them calling this a student protest movement. Their Islamic revolution was very intitated by the students and the regime has been very proud of this fact. It gave them a kind of legitimacy. Students protesting today is very embarassing to them.

That's what's so great about this doc, the students put them in, the students are taking them out. If there is an attempt at hanging these students, it's time for the military to stand up and be counted. I was real interested in the fact that the Iranian military met with the Turkish military a few weeks back. Hmmmm, what do you suppose that was about?
