He does not require Jews to find their salvation through the promised Messiah in order to be saved?

Of course not. The believing gentiles were to be grafted unto Israel, NOT Israel being grafted unto gentile churches. When the times comes the Jews will accept the Jewish Messiah, and not some gentile/pagan version.

Well, as a Christian, I have accepted my Savior, and can only hope that Jews will accept Christ, and not some Jewish/pagan version. If I can be of service in helping any Jew (or any one else, for that matter) accept Christ, I will be happy to do so.

Actually, you answered my question in the affirmative; God does require Jews to accept a Messiah before being saved. Jews just do not believe Jesus Christ was that Messiah. Fine.

However, as a Christian, I cannot accept that anyone who has not accepted Christ can be saved.
