I heard this lady on Michael Medved. She showed herself to be a complete idiot. She even said "$hit" twice on air and then spelled it. She was surprised that you couldn't say that on radio.

She probably thought she was back in her classroom.

As long as she doesn't pollute her class room, she should be free to do this.

I heard this lady on Michael Medved. Yeah, she was a pathetic specimen. Michael said it best we had indicated he was afraid of people like her, as teachers. Oh how true that is.
I spend some time in a VERY liberal newgroup on the net and all of the most radical members are....TEACHERS!!! Go figure.
To: dennisw
She teaches at a private school. If that's what parents want to pay for, fine with me.
She came of like a real moron though in her interview with Medved.

says the idea for the cards came to her when her students insisted the war in Iraq was justified, but they couldnt offer facts or reasons to back up their statements.Seems the kid's get it..
"This war was totally wrong and totally about greed," she said. "We were told lies the whole time."
According to who??? This out of the intelligence loop civics teacher
The cards are a lesson in truth, she said.
Her version of the world...... from her corner of the school playground.

Harsh.
Incidentally, her comments on Just War were completely wrong. She's certainly not a spokesman for the Catholic Church.

Her initial position on Medved was that no war since WWII has been just. Her justification for saying this was circular.

One of the greatest indicators that something is working from a [right-of-center] stand-point is a "parody" of the same by the Left. But the "parody" is usually "serious," and an indicator that the Left doesn't "get it" in the first place.
