I had not heard of it but I know of something similar involving people I know. Only one person was killed and the killer also was a schizophrenic.
I am not being sarcastic when I say we probably can expect some outcry for sword control. It isn't just guns they don't like, it is all types of weapons, although guns being most effective are the ones they hate most.
