Los Angeles--A man who advertised on several Spanish-language radio stations as "Doctor Misterio" was sued Monday for the sexual assault of two minors last year.

"Doctor Misterio," whose real name is Fernando Lozano, pleaded guilty in January to the sexual assault of six girls and women, 15-31, and was sentenced to nine years and four months in state prison.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said the 32-year-old immigrant will be deported to Mexico after he serves his sentence.

Lozano pleaded guilty to practicing medicine without a license, sexual penetration by fraud, lewd acts on a child under 15, and sexual battery.

The civil suit filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court seeks monetary damages.

It's called punishment. You think Mexico is going to care about his criminal activity here?

If this was done in the privacy of his own home, this was constitutionally protected behavior. If in doubt, check with Swinging Sandra O'Connor.

More leftist media barbra streisand. We are going to "deport the immigrant to Mexico." No, if he were an immigrant, he would have a right to stay in the US. We are going to deport him because he is a wetback, an ILLEGAL alien, a criminal who snuck into our country and, once here, continued to do criminal things.

Deport him now, and he will sneak back in next week.

I am beginning to think we need to tattoo everyone we deport on the forehead.
