Rob Lowe:

"I think you gotta support those amazing men and women who are over there about to execute whatever we do, and I think the best way you can do that is to get behind the most visible embodiment of them, and that's the Commander-in-Chief."

Steven Spielberg:

"Bush has reliable information on the fact that Saddam Hussein is making weapons of mass destruction and steps being taken against Iraq are valid."

Rick Schroeder:

"Rick is one of the few well-know actors in Hollywood prepared to acknowledge his active Republican and conservative views."

Jean Claude Van Damme:

"Some of those in Hollywood are part of the axis of ignorance."

BRUCE WILLIS!!!:

"I'm sick of the antiwar attitude

If you guys vote for Al Gore, you're out of your minds… Gore's a knucklehead… just the lying and mendacity of the last eight years of the regime that Al Gore was a part and parcel of…

I mean, there is only so much lying the American people will take before they go, 'Uh, this doesn't seem like a good idea.' You have to look at what he does and what he stands for.."

Tom Cruise:

"I believe Saddam has committed many crimes against humanity and his own people. Personally, I don't have all the information President Bush has."

It used to be that a Liberal had good ideas about the world and humanity, and would not hesitate to work to free the oppressed and give opportunity to the downtrodden. Today's liberals are perfectly willing to allow millions to live beneath a brutal regime, and work against anyone who seeks to free them, simply out of partisanship. If it's a Republican freeing them, they'd rather let the oppressed live oppressed than give him any credit. Their ideals have been sold in exchange for party loyalty... and that's a shame. It's no longer about values, but about the party (democrat, of course).

His wife also has a campaign to tell parents not to put their kids on Ritalin

While you and I may agree with her on this subject, in her case it may be due to her 'religious' (scientology=anti-psychiatry) values.

I came across this site and was surprised by a few celebrities who I didn't know had any viewpoints about the war.

I watched the incredibly sexy and talented actress Brittany Murphy host "Saturday Night Live" recently. She ended the show with a very enthusiastic "USMC Semper Fi!"

I don't know where she stands on the war but that comment at least showed support for the troops.

Wasn't it Ron Silver who, after Klinton was elected, pointed to military aircraft and said, 'Those are ours now'? Maybe he got his head out of his ass since then.

That's more because of their Scientology background. Scientology preaches that any kind of drugs that augment the mind are evil.

Ron Silver used to be a flaming Liberal. He woke up. It's rare, but it happens. Just like Dennis Miller.

What about Denzel Washington or Mel Gibson? They are fairly conservative...I wouldn't be surprised if they expressed pro-Republican views. Or former Marine Gene Hackman.

Travolta's a pilot which is probably why he relates to the military. On the other hand, he's a Scientologist and so's his wife. That's why they're against Ritalin. Scientologists don't believe in medication or shrinks.

Since they are really big in Fla. and California, I will not comment further as to my opinion. They consider themselves a religion and enjoy tax exempt status and are revamping downtown Clearwater, FL, a center for celebs to come for classes.

I thought Tom Cruise gave it up but maybe just his ex Nicole gave it up.

Jeb Bush named his black lab after Marvin Bush. They name their pets after their favorite people. Even Dubya's Longhorn steer is named after an acquaintance, Ophelia.

You probably already know about this site, but I'll post the link to it for the benefit of others. It's an invaluable resource for anyone looking to learn about the cult of Scientology:

"First of all, congratulations for saying 'hasta la vista, baby' to Saddam Hussein. I came here from the United States because I wanted to pump you all up," Schwartzenegger said. "I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart and I want to thank you from everyone in the United States."

Yes, Ron Silver was so active for Bush and the Republicans that he recently took Sean Hanitty's place opposite Alan Colmes.

I find that incredibly gutsy knowing how Hollywood doesn't like conservatve actors.

I'm going to check out the Scientology site. I have a special interest in it because a very good friend of mine was raised by parents who were hooked on it. They made her life miserable and kicked her out when she was I think 16 because she didn't want to be in it.
Another friend researched Scientology a bit when his stepdaughter wanted to get involved. Turns out L.Ron Hubbard, the scam/founder, considered himself a "disciple" of Alistair Crowley, an avowed Satan-worshipping homosexual pedophile witchcraft practitioner in England. Couldn't get worse if they tried.
