Here are a few comments about “liberals” that Coulter has deployed over the years:

• “Liberals are fanatical liars.”
• Liberals are “devoted to class warfare, ethnic hatred and intolerance”.
• Liberals “hate democracy because democracy requires persuasion and compromise rather than brute political force”.

Hmmm. So, what's Sullivan's beef?

I have not ready any of the primary sources here-- coulter's book, this radosh guy, etc., just seen a lot of ann coulter on tv radio etc. She is refreshing and over the top,and much more diffident in a head to head argument with a loud mouth leftie who is using their tactic of ignoring what is said and just talking louder and more often.

[Note, here: Sean Hannity frustrates agreat deal when he iterrupts his cinservative guests like ann and others,just when they are about ti say their point. Does he have no conception of this!]

Anyhow, Ann does seem to use rhetorical license to extreme, but I think it is only a "seeming".

They are either traitors or idiots. Just fine-tune the "they" and what is meant by "idiots". She is essentially right. Isn't Jimmy Carter and Strobe talbot and George McGovern and Anthony Lake etc. either traitors or idiots? I'd say yes, indeed. Ann is essentially right. She wants a debate to start about this. The problem with Sullivan is that Ann is not so chummy with homosexual rights and privileges, so he's got to marginalize her. Despite his acute sense about a lot of things, Andrew is blind on homosexuality and that creeps into his other views. Sorry, that's the way I see it.
