While you are patiently waiting for Hillary to answer that one truthfully, you can ask, Why when the Senior White House Counsel was found bleeding untidily in Ft Marcy park, the FBI didnt handle the investigation. It was handled instead by the Park Police. (It should be noted this is not in any way taking from the ability of the Park Police, rather to question why when ANY White House employee is found murdered it isnt turned over to the FBI)
