If that is so, why do the Canadian people come to Spokane, WA to get heart surgeries and other major medical care?

I understand that everyday care is good and prescriptions cost very little, but as far as major medical needs, I have heard it is terrible. Also a lot of Canadian doctors are coming to the states to set up practice.
