Part of the problem is VOLUNTARY legal associations like the ABA or the Trial lawyers Association are dominated by leftist idealogues. (they also are dominated by law professors who are refugees from the working world) These are people who are leftist beyond being mere lawyers. Just democrats with law degrees.

Our family doctor (a specialist who takes a few regular patients) dropped his malpratice insurance this year. He said he didn't know how much it was affecting him mentally to pay over 12 grand a month. He is a lot happier now and doesn't care if lawyers do come after him.

Get the lawyers out of medical care, and we'll be able to afford to heal the sick.

Trial lawyers have it made.

We need to go to the "Loser pays" system (like England has), where the loser of a trial lawsuit pays the winner's court costs.

LOSER PAYS!!!
