Is this a private, or government entity? What little news I hear from Russia these days suggests that they are well on the road to a free market and many more civil liberties for its people. I hear that church attendance is also on the rise. Meanwhile, the USA seems to be dipping in some areas. 10 - 15 years ago, no one would have thought this possible.
