You may talk o Ben & Jerry
In the snows of St. Johnsbury,
When youre sitting in the ski lodge drinkin Schnapps,
But eer long you come to talkin
Bout the politicians squawkin
For the White House after which they lick their chops.
Now in Vermonts wintry clime,
Where I used to waste me time,
Partaking of the four-year college scene,
Now of all that white-faced crew,
The strangest man I knew,
Was our odd bombastic Govnor
Howard Dean.
And it was: Dean!, Dean!, Dean!!
How he loved to make a scene;
And pronounce opinions Liberal and Green;
Once born of Manhattan wealth,
Now he touts Socialized Health;
For hes a better man than you, thinks
Howard Dean.
With sincere apologies to Rudyard Kipling.

Thank you all!
I went to sleep last night after having seen the estimable Mr. Dean being interviewed (for the umpteenth time this week) on TV, and awoke at about 3am with thoughts of Gin and Kipling racing around my cranium. Or maybe it was just Gin. Either way, I enjoyed having a little fun at the good Doctor's expense.
