The fork is now in her stomach, folks, if it is an accurate photo, ie. not doctored (no pun intended) or simply lying on the abdomen. Could be that they're monkey-fishing in Israel.
BTW, someone needs to forward the picture to www.placebojournal.com. They love stuff like this and would publish it in a heartbeat. (The doc realizes how many medical expressions he uses without even thinking about it).

That is not her throat, unless she has ribs up there.(...maybe she swallowed them too?)
