Duh! Wouldnt want an unsafe weapon in a combat situation now would we! Since we are talking about a grenade launcher here, we certianly wouldn't. One AD with one of those will ruin your whole day, and there is only one safe direction, that is somewhat elevated and well away from you or your buddies, to keep the thing pointed, which might get more than a bit tiresome.

I was saying Duh to the fact they actually put something so stupid into that article. One would think personel trained on the grenade launcher would know it was unsafe to tote around with one in the chamber. Big common sense issue.
