The Independent has established that Mr Bush has pledged a reconstruction package for Zimbabwe worth up to $10bn (£6.2bn) over an unspecified timeframe, if a new leader takes over. Well isn't that nice.... Is that coming out of the Bush fortune?

Why do we have to pay this? Why can't the EU give away the money? Why does it have to be 10 billion anyway, I mean how many people live there anyway? Let's just send the Peace Corps anyway. Everytime we give away money like this it just gets embezzeled anyway.
