These guys just don't float this information out without reason and purpose which makes me wonder exactly why they keep publishing these possible plans of action and what it is that they are really up to. Is it misdirection, misinformation or innoculation? I trust nothing coming out of the FED or the government at this point. Always look for the hidden agenda.
