Thanks for this. I freely admit I had not perused the SOTU speech. After seeing this, the whole "Niger Uranium Lie" is clearly a grasp. In context, it's not even the most compelling piece of evidence on there. The only thing less exciting is probably the aluminum tubes. And it was clearly not singled out to the extent that the other pieces of evidence were.
