HAWAII - The Japanese navy is preparing to build two small aircraft carriers, its first in more than 60 years, according to Japanese and United States officials.

The China of today is far different than the one in the 1930's. Japan would have no chance against them today. Japan would be a smoking crater in a few minutes. The only thing that would tighten sphincters in China today would be for us to deploy an effective missile defense system.
