If you are a BigBrother fan, you would know...whenever you see a greenscreen night vision, that means the room was pitch black, dark. So some fumbling is understandable.

The speculation is that the condom was giving him problems.

The involved male is a US Army Ranger who was recently involved operations in Afghanistan. As you know, "Rangers Lead the Way." I am sure he has had some pathfinding experience.

I'm going to guess that the reason it's on the net is because it's the uncensored feed. I can't imagine there being any rules about them having to censor it online... you can see the same thing on cable after midnight. The camera guy probably was sleeping and didn't notice until it had already started before shutting the camera down. But since it's on the internet, and was at 4am, I doubt it'll be a big deal. It might get them more hits to their webcam though hoping for a repeat.

Well, they may get into a little trouble if they don't put up a warning that the viewing isn't appropriate for minors. I'm not sure if they already do that or not though because I've never been to their site.
