Is he the attorney that was working with Ken Starr during the Monica debacle? If so, he tried to get Ken Starr to investigate into the V. Foster murder instead of the Monica, but Starr refused. Miquel stated there was enough evidence of murder to prosecute. If that is the same Miguel, that is. :)
