Also, the accused's ability to challenge his accuser's allegations have been severely curtailed.

The way you 'know' if someone is guilty is simple. If it is a woman claiming to have been assaulted, she's just doing it for money or fame. ..unless, of course, it is a Republican claiming assault by a Democrat. Then the democrat is definitely guilty, especially if his name happens to be Clinton.
