As an out, Gay man, I want to make it very clear that most of us are not perverts, and are equally offended by this article.

The Supreme Court was fair, treating homosexuality and heterosexuality equally: what you do in your bedroom is none of the government's business.

However, I believe that public gay sex should be treated the same as public straight sex: arrest them for public lewdness. Like the gay man quoted at the end of the article, I feel that it is particularly offensive to the local homeowners to have to deal with this going on. The gays who are engaging in public sex on that beach need to learn to respect others.

However, just because there are offensive gays out there, it doesn't mean that all of us are equally offensive. Most of us just want to be treated with the same, not special, rights that heterosexuals enjoy.

I am sure from your perspective this is true, but I will disagree with you on this to extent of perception in society. Because it seems to me the "offensive gays" create and persist what is the perception of homosexuals in our nation and the world. This a a problem people such as yourself need to address if you want things to change.

No one is born homosexual, its a choice based on different factors

As genty and as kindly as I may, sir, let me assure you that anyone engaging in the act of sodomy, especially with another man, is indeed practicing a perverted form of sexual intercourse. And that's not me talking, that's God, and six thousand years of Judeo-Christian civilization.

Whether or not it ”feels right” is irrelevant. the act itself is objectively wrong. Once can no more found a lifestyle on sodomy than can one on alcoholism.

Oh wake up and smell the coffee. Gays like you are about to become a minority, if you aren't already, and the political movement that supposedly represents you has been taken over by people who aren't interested in ANYONE's "rights", only in social turmoil.

They find "transgenders" far more interesting and useful to their cause than you boring old run-of-the-mill gay men and lesbian women. Why? Because society must be completely turned on its head, reason thrown out the window, and wallets stripped clean in order to accomodate delusional "gender identity" fantasies. Whereas, society can accomodate YOU without too much trouble, and without funding sex-change operations and building restrooms designated "Other".
