Oh please. All they need do is rewrite a statute or two. If they're too incompetent to figure out how to legitimately ban public sexual activities, then they need only lift the wording from statutes in the 37 states which repealed their sodomy laws before Lawrence.

Kansas kept the statutes according to its Constitutional right. It is too bad the SCOTUS felt states have no rights.
