LOL there is a bunch of little towns like that in Texas, too.

The city of Quanah, about halfway between Wichita Falls and Amarillo on Hwy 287, is infamous for its traffic ticket revenue. Speed limit drops from 70 to 55 to 45 to 35 in about a mile's distance.

Yes I know of that town. There is also Cool on 180 between Weatherford and Mineral Wells which is the State Troopers favorite hangout. It goes from 70 to 60 back to 70 in a matter of a quarter mile. Hardly enough time to slow down and then pick back up. So most people don't slow down and then get busted. Of cousre there is all the notorious towns along 35 as people journey between DFW and Austin. It took my brother and his girlfriend 8 hours to drive home from San Antonio to Arlington on the Monday after Fourth of July. No wrecks, just traffic. It normally takes 3.5 hours.
