Kobe is toast. If he is well hung. And, if the girl either was relatively inexperienced or not well lubricated then he could have caused alot of tearing whether consentual or not. How about this for a scenario: She goes up to Kobe's room to have sex. Kobe is too big for her and is hurting her. She tells him to stop. He doesn't. She goes home. Her mom catchs her crying and forces her to confess. She calls it rape. The father forces her to report it to the police.

That's probably closer to the truth than anything!
