Dredd Scott had nothing to do with race, it was about slavery and ownership of individuals.  But, nice that you try to turn it into a racial thing.

The following case began when Dred Scott, a black slave, was taken by his owner from Missouri, a slave state, to Illinois, a free state, and later to Wisconsin Territory where slavery had been forbidden by the Missouri Compromise of 1820.

Well Luis, this was an issue concerning Cuban citizens and the appropriate nature of them hijacking aircraft to the United States.  It wasn't an issue concerning Pat Buchanan.  It wasn't an issue regarding slavery.  I didn't bring slavery or racism into this issue.  You did.  What Pat Buchanan or slavery have to do with Cuban nationals who hijack aircraft to the United States, I don't know.  I'm sure it must make some twisted sense to you though.

I don't blame you for raising an issue regarding slavery or anything else you could on this thread.  It's pretty obvious you do support hijacking, since you hijacked the topic we were addressing.  I don't blame you, becuase you didn't have a prayer of a chance of justifying your claims regarding the actual topic of this thread.
