That's like saying beer is a gateway drink and leads one to whiskey.
Better yet, beer leads one to wine, then whiskey, then to marijuana. So alcohol must be banned.
Instead of the War On Drugs, make it the War On Drinking or the WOA (War On Alcohol), or WOB (War On Booze).
