It saddens me the GOP is a part of this charade. Only five GOP Senators voted for it. Ten did not. Careful not to tar the good ones when you use a broad brush like that.

Sorry. I was hoping the leadership would hold out for a real and not a phony budget that pretends no painful choices have to be made to turn our state's dire condition around. That's what disappointed me.
