I fear there are plenty of "saddams" ready to pick up where/when he leaves off. The terror will continue in every country for eons.

There won't be many 'Saddams' following this Saddam. He was a uniquely sadistic monster. Also, the vast majority of Iraqis are not interested in bad guys coming in to stir up trouble. They are just newly freed after decades of abuse.
