They are not. The real agenda of the Greens is to reduce human population (i.e. kill off much of the human race). Being hypocrites, though, they want OTHER FOLKS to die, rather then removing themselves from the gene pool.
After all, to these folks, a malaria germ is as "inherently good" as a human being.
