Good analysis, but I think what REALLY has Miss Morford's silk panties all in a twist is this:
He has an unspoken lust for Dubya, and the Prez, being the straight, Christian man he is, won't pay him any attention.
So, in nearly every one of his over-the-top "articles", he's throwing a hissy fit trying to get noticed. :)
