Are you in favor of a "prevailing wage?"
If so, what is a prevailing wage, and why does anyone deserve it?

The "prevailing wage" is determined by a competitive market. It's the governments responsiblity to maintain a "level playing field" to foster competition. Competition is the hallmark of capitalism because it drives prices down and improves product quality.
How does one become competitive with third world wages? The constitution gave our legislature explicit authority and it's signers encouranged the protection of American industry. Free Trade is lingo for Globalism and is a new concept. In my opinion Globalism is highly anti-American.
