August 2, 2003 -- WASHINGTON - The U.S. military wants troops to know that slippery Saddam Hussein may now look like a Bedouin, a weather-beaten cowboy or even separated at birth from former Mayor -David Dinkins. That's why these five images of a possible new-look Saddam have been given to U.S. troops in recent days as the hunt for the ex-Iraqi dictator intensifies.

I think the same thing, Saddam dressed as a woman covered in a burka... that also ties in with the two purses found with Uday and Qusay's money, I bet they moved around as "females" also.
